At OnGuard, we believe in looking out for the people around us. That's why we created OnGuard Gives Back — a quarterly initiative where we partner with a local or national charity and make a meaningful donation on behalf of our entire team.
Every quarter, we select a charitable organization that's making a real difference. The size of our donation is powered by our technicians. When their hard work in the field leads to new customers, that effort translates directly into giving back. It's a way for every member of our team to play a part in something bigger.
We were proud to kick off OnGuard Gives Back in Q4 2025 with One Simple Wish, an organization dedicated to supporting children in foster care and those who have aged out of the system without being placed with a family.
On December 7, 2025, we were able to grant 15 wishes through One Simple Wish, helping kids who deserve to know that someone is thinking about them.
It was a powerful reminder that even small acts of care can make a big difference — and it's exactly the kind of impact we want OnGuard Gives Back to have every single quarter.
We spend every day helping families feel safe and comfortable in their homes. That work means a lot to us. But we also know that not everyone has a home that feels like their own, and not every family looks the same.
OnGuard Gives Back is our way of extending that same care beyond pest control. Our technicians are the heart of this company, and now their everyday work helps support people and causes that need it most.
