Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

OnGuard Pest Control ("OnGuard," "we," "us") sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number and agree to receive them. Messages may include service-related (transactional) messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, service updates and replies to your inquiries, and occasional promotional messages, such as offers and seasonal reminders.

Consent

By providing your mobile number through our website, a form, a booking, or by contacting us, you consent to receive text messages from OnGuard at that number. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 5 messages per week. Most customers receive far fewer.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related communications about an appointment or service you have requested. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
